Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms define the conditions for using Connect Dot, an AI-powered career data management, job post analysis, and tailored application drafting service.

2. Service

• Resume, essay, and experience data management
• Job post collection, summarization, and analysis
• Matching analysis between job posts and user experience
• Tailored resume, motivation, and Q&A draft generation
• Editing, saving, and exporting generated results
• Application status management

3. Account

A user agreement is formed when a user completes sign-up and the service accepts it. Users must use accurate information and may not use another person’s account or authentication information.

4. AI Features

AI-generated results are provided for reference to support users’ writing and judgment. They do not guarantee any employment, interview, hiring, selection, or evaluation outcome.

Users must review factual claims, wording, sensitive information, and potential infringement of third-party rights before submitting or otherwise using the results externally.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using another person’s account, email, or personal information
• Entering false information or content that infringes third-party rights
• Uploading confidential, trade secret, or illegal materials without authorization
• Attempting prompt injection, jailbreaks, bypasses, or malicious inputs against AI systems
• Creating abnormal request volume with automation tools, scripts, or bots
• Interfering with service security, stability, or normal operation

6. Account Deletion

When a user requests account deletion, account access is restricted and a 30-day recovery period is provided. After the recovery period ends, the account and service data are deleted and cannot be restored.

If pending refunds or purchase-history review is required, account deletion may be held until review is complete.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure or failures of third-party services or communications networks, or by causes attributable to the user. This limitation does not apply where the service operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

8. Changes

The service may change these terms when necessary. Changes unfavorable to users will be announced 30 days before enforcement, and other changes 7 days before enforcement. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
